Mike Lanza - Founder and CEO, Playborhood.com
Mike is a serial entrepreneur, having started and run six Internet/software companies in his career. Currently, he's running a parenting online community called Playborhood. Before that, he started and ran Click.TV, a web video technology company, which he sold to a large public company in June 2007. His two startups before that were in online finance: 1View Network, a financial information aggregation technology company which Mike sold to Digital Insight (DGIN) in 2000, and Just in Time Solutions (now Avolent, Inc.), a provider of online bill presentment and payment systems. Mike holds way too many degrees from Stanford University, including an MBA.

Tom Morgan - Chief Executive Officer, MediaD.tv
Tom brings years of experience in business development and advertising models. Tom is currently with MediaD.tv, a consultancy, where he focuses on the development of on-demand and Internet-based television, with a particular focus on new advertising models for DVRs, VOD, and broadband TV. Prior to his work at MediaD.tv, Morgan served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Move Networks and prior to that, he also founded BlackArrow Corporation, where he served as a board member and CEO. His other roles include co-founder of DiMA Group, VP of Business Development and West Coast General Manager for America Online, EVP of Business Development for Broadvision, President of IDG Interactive Services and West Coast VP and GM for MTV/Nickelodeon.

Praful Shah - Vice-President, Strategy, RingCentral
Praful Shah brings over 20 years of experience in the software and internet industry with major technology companies. Prior to joining RingCentral, Mr. Shah was at WebEx for 10 years, since its founding days until its acquisition by Cisco for $3.2 Billion in 2007. At WebEx Mr. Shah held various executive management positions including Vice President of Strategic Communications, Online Products, Product Marketing and Business Development. Prior to WebEx, he was at Oracle as Senior Director of Marketing for Internet Products and Database Products Divisions. Before Oracle, Mr. Shah was at Tandem Computers where he held senior level positions in product marketing and performance engineering. Mr. Shah holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology - India, and a M.S. in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University.

Roshan Gudapati - Founder of Inspira and Chiplogic (acquired by Analog Devices).
Roshan co-founded Inspira and Chiplogic. He has 15 years of experience in the Networking Technologies, ASIC and SC Design. He has extensively worked on EDA tools. Prior to starting Inspira and Chiplogic, he was at Cadence and helped architect and develop various flow-oriented tools. At Chiplogic, he was Vice President of Product Management and Business Development. He was instrumental in ADI's acquisition of Chiplogic. He was very successful in acquiring offshore turnkey deals from fortune 1000 customers. He provides a strategic direction to Inspira in Business Development, Sales and Marketing. Roshan has a Master's degree in CAD/CAM from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU, India.
